Principal
Margaret Beaton helps clients achieve competitive advantage through their people and improve their performance at firm, team and individual levels. Her practice encompasses executive coaching, leadership development, performance management and team building, often combined in integrated initiatives. She is a registered organisational psychologist with nearly 20 years' consulting experience, focusing mainly on professional service firms. Margaret has been an Associate and Senior Fellow in the Business and Law Schools of the University of Melbourne.
