Cancellations and substitutions
You may substitute attendees at any time without penalty.
Program fees will be refunded (less a 10% administration fee) if we receive your cancellation in writing (or by facsimile or email) at least 28 days before Day 1 of your 3-day course.
Beaton Consulting may cancel any Learning to Lead program for any reason whatsoever, in which case full refunds will be provided.
Location of pre-course assessment and post-course coaching
Melbourne programs: The feedback for all pre-course assessments and post-course coaching for the Melbourne programs will be held at:

If this is not possible for you, then we can arrange an alternative venue.
Sydney programs: The feedback for all pre-course assessments and post-course coaching for the Sydney programs will be held at an agreed location in the city centre. Subsequent coaching sessions may be conducted by telephone.
