'Over the last 18 months Accounting Beacon has influenced the way we think and behave within the firm. It has played an important role in setting the framework for our focus on client service.'

How will Beacon work in your firm?

Every firm has different business priorities, but there is one thing we can be certain of – there will be an aspect of Beacon that can positively inform your strategic priorities in a comprehensive and innovative way.

Once you have discussed with one of our strategy consultants which elements will be included in your Beacon service, we will address the 'how'. We believe it's not enough just to hand over the results of the research. We work with you to understand what the findings mean and how your people can convert them into actions.

Your Beacon workshops

Most firms organise a dedicated Beacon workshop with the executive. However, because of the targeted, action-oriented nature of the research, many also integrate the workshop into their partner retreats and conferences, or other strategy sessions. Many ongoing subscribers now organise their annual strategy meetings around their Beacon workshops.

Our workshops go beyond a presentation of results. They are designed to be interactive – to encourage you to explore issues and work with colleagues to identify actions for the way forward. Not only does your firm receive unmatched insights into your firm's situation, you benefit from Beaton Consulting's facilitation and outcome-oriented style.

Your Beacon report

After the workshop, your firm will retain the full report. This report can be distributed to different teams within the firm to assist with the implementation of the key findings and recommendations and to mine for further insights.

With the full Beacon package you will also receive a strategic overview report, developed in consultation with you. This document addresses the key findings for your firm from the research and outcomes derived from the strategy workshops.
